Shipping policy

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic and international shipping
We generally use Royal Mail for our delivery services, please be aware of delays outside of our control, during peak season, and in exception circumstances such as pandemics.

Shipping prices vary. We offer standard 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping or 1st Class Royal Mail to the U.K mainland. 

We do not offer international's shipping, please head to our Etsy store for international orders.

If you would like expedited shipping then please contact us at jackdawandbear@gmail.com so we can get a shipping price for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jackdaw and Bear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

We use Royal Mail standard delivery, who's current delivery aims for standard shipping are: 

  • UK mainland (domestic) aim: 2-3 days

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days after the above delivery targets after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jackdawandbear@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at jackdawandbear@gmail.com with your order number and name.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns using the prepaid label must be posted back within a week. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jackdawandbear@gmail.com. with your order number, name, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
